" This is a very central location for a family home or investment potential for the rental market. Placed within walking distance to Gunwharf Quays and all the shops, bars and restaurants that it entails, Portsmouth Harbour train station and the University buildings are also easily reached on foot. The home offers four good sized bedrooms with a family bathroom on the upper level, but also has the added bonus of a downstairs W.C to save queuing in the mornings and general convenience . The lounge/diner offers spacious living space and has sliding doors opening onto the low maintenance rear garden. The garden has been decked and finished with a dark wood finish and there is also rear access to the garden for anyone with a bicycle and not wanting to bring it through the house on muddy days. Its a rare thing with a central location such as this to have any off-road parking at all, but the driveway to this house offers space for several vehicles. With double glazing and gas central heating, this cosy home is a must view for families and investors alike.

I have lived in the house for nearly 19 years from new and I purchased it off the council some years ago. It has been a great family house, so easy to get to all the local facilities but its just too big for me now. We have had some great memories and I will be sad to leave, I even used to walk past many years ago and watched these houses being built!
