" This nicely presented semi detached home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in this popular area and within catchment for several popular local schools. The property comprises two double bedrooms, full depth lounge/diner, modern kitchen, bathroom and also benefits from front and South facing rear gardens with decked areas, a garage in the adjacent block and NO CHAIN. Featuring a good standard of decor and some quirky cosmetic touches including a wealth of fitted storage space, an early internal inspection is strongly advised. Ground Floor Hallway: A uPVC double glazed door with patterned and coloured glazed insert and matching obscure glazed window aside, opens into the entrance hallway, where stairs rise to first floor accommodation.
