" This spacious ground floor flat is located within easy reach of the brilliant amenities of St Budeaux square, bus links and walks down by the Tamar. This property does need some updating but offers fantastic proportions and comes with its own private south facing garden and parking space beyond. You enter the building into a communal hallway with access into this flat. There is a spacious entrance hallway which boasts plenty of storage cupboards and an airing cupboard which houses the newly installed boiler. There is a wonderful lounge/diner with a pretty bay window and feature fireplace. With some updating this would be a wonderful space to enjoy evenings in with family and friends offering brilliant proportions and high ceilings. The bedroom is a well proportion room with a pleasant view out over the private garden. There is a bathroom and at the rear of the property is the kitchen.
