" Currently arranged as 2 very large flats is this extremely spacious end terraced period property that could be turned back into a large 5 bedroomed family home. GCH, uPVC D/G, large double sized GARAGE, courtyard garden. A fantastic opportunity.

* Living Room * Bedroom * Breakfast Room * Kitchen * Shower Room * Living Room * 3 Bedrooms * Bathroom * Kitchen * Large Garage *

Located in this un-questionably desirable location is this fantastic and extremely spacious period property standing at the end of this grand terrace of Edwardian/Victorian houses.

The house has been arranged as 2 flats for over 10 years now and comprises of a large 1 bedroomed apartment on the ground floor and a 3 bedroomed apartment on the 1st floor.

As you go through the double opening front doors you will see 2 beautiful stained glass doors before you, one leading to the ground floor and one to the first floor.

Off the ground floor hallway you will find a large living room at the front of the house with a fabulous ceiling with detailed mouldings and a large bay window. Behind this room is a large double bedroom with a similar ceiling and a window overlooking the rear courtyard garden. Towards the back of the flat there is a large breakfast room which leads through the kitchen which is fitted with a range of units and has a door leading through to the shower room. There is uPVC double glazing and a gas fired central heating system.

To the rear of the proeprty off the first floor landing you will find a bathroom with a coloured suite, a separate WC, a small 3rd bedroom and the kitchen which is a good sized room measuring 12'11 x 9'5 and fitted with a range of modern white coloured units with contrasting black coloured worktops. Off the main landing there is a large double bedroom and a single bedroom together with an extremely spacious living room with a period style fireplace, ceiling mouldings and a large bay window which looks over neighbouring rooftops towards Central Park. This flat also benefits from gas fired central heating and has uPVC double glazing.

Outside there is a small courtyard garden running down the side of the tenement and an extremely large garage which measures 21'8 x 15'10 with a single up and over door and internal light and power.

The owners tell us that when the garage was built the roof was strengthened to one day perhaps enable a terrace to be put on top of the garage.

This really is an large and intriguing property that, although currently arranged as 2 flats, would readily convert back into 1 large 5 bedroomed family home in an exceptional family orientated area.

The property is within walking distance of the shops and facilities of Hyde Park and Mutley Plain and of course Hyde Park Primary School.
