Property Location  -: Bugle is a village in mid Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. It is in the parish of Treverbyn and is situated about five miles (8 km) north of St Austell on the A391 road.

The 2011 Census for the ward of Bugle which includes Treverbyn and surrounding hamlets gave a population of approx 4,164.

The village was established in the mid 19th century following the construction of: a turnpike road in 1836-7; the Bugle Inn in 1840; and the Par to Bugle section of the Treffry Tramways in 1842.

The village has a railway station on the Atlantic Coast Line.

Bugle F.C. were South Western League champions in 1984/85. 

The Bugle Silver Band has been in existence since 1868 and has been successful in many regional competitions.

Bugle is very close to the Eden Project, associated walks and many known costal resorts

Rosevear Road backs onto a disused china clay quarry (unused for approx 20years) It is understood from Imerys the owners it will not be used as a quarry again it is currently used to store water for clay processing and is piped to other areas in Cornwall to be used. There does not seem ever to be any activity or noise.

The flooding of the quarry has created a virtual wildlife sanctuary where migrating birds land and feed on the water area in different seasons there is a residential head of English birds of many types including many species of raptors. Other wildlife live in the area including deer’s, badgers, foxes, hedgehogs to mention a few

The area is enclosed but is accessed and walked by many people with dogs it is considered by them to be a safe and enclosed area to exercise their animals.

56 Rosevear Road, the House (Outside)

56 Rosevear is a 2 story T shaped detached house with a large extension around the rear this extension has a glass fibre roof the house is located on outskirts of the village it is approximately the fourth house before leaving the village.

Rosevear Rd has Pavements both sides with a speed limit of 30mph past the house.

The road, the B3374 is mainly used by local traffic.

The building either end, is gable ended one side has the path to the side door access. Other forms one side of the neighbours drive (This drive has good maintenance access, with no issues) To the rear is a Gable ended original main building that houses the Internal staircase, upstairs landing and large bathroom it also houses the Kitchen on the ground floor on the outside are the newly installed Ariel and Satellite Dish. To the rear overlooking the large rear garden is 1 x PVC double glazed Landing window. To the side is 1 x PVC double glazed bathroom window (Frosted) The Rear and gable ends benefit from double glazing throughout, It has recently had  installed new external wall insulation the building is coated in a silicon based render coloured country cream

(30year Guarantee) with white trims., All new roofs, all new lead gulley’s and flashing lead work (10year Guarantee) all window frames, sills, gutters, down pipes and fascias are in white plastic.

  • The walled and fenced Front Garden with matching galvanized fences and gates leading to the front and side double glazed doors. The garden is planted either side of a path leading to the central front door, with mature evergreen plants the front garden is low maintenance as it benefits from having a weed barrier over the soil that is covered  with white granite chippings.
