LOCATION    Moorland Road is conveniently located on the one way system within the village of Par. Local shops and social amenities are within a few hundred yards of the property with a level approach. The local beach and mainline railway station are also within level walking distance approximately a quarter of a mile from the property. Par station is located on the main branch line from London Paddington to Penzance and is also the main connection for the Newquay branch line. Primary schools in the area include Tywardreath and Fowey with the more comprehensive shopping, leisure and schooling facilities in the market town of St. Austell or the village of Fowey. Fowey is approximately four miles distance and is famed for its picturesque sailing waters and beach at Ready Money Cove.

Proceed under the viaduct and onto the one way system and follow it onto Moorland Road. The properties are numbered accordingly and number 20A can be found on your right hand side identified by a Miller Countrywide For Sale board.
