" This is an attractive two bedroomed terraced older style house with a surprsingly large garden to the rear and well proportioned accommodation throughout within the village of St Blazey.

Internally there is a lounge, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms the master being of a good size and a bathroom with a white suite. The property also benefits from double glazing (expect for the main front door).

Outside, there is an immediate lawned garden with path leading to the front entrance.  To the rear there is a pedestrian shared pathway and steps leading up to a good size lawned garden with a stone outbuilding. 

In April 2011, the property had a new slate roof covering.

The property is positioned within a terrace on the main A390 within the village of St Blazey and is in a convenient position for local store and pub and is a little over one mile from Par where there are a range of amenities and Par Beach.
