DIRECTIONS: Although perhaps not the most direct route, from Callington take the main Tavistock Road for one mile and at the top of Long Hill turn left where Kit Hill is signposted. Go over the hill and down to the crossroads at Monk's Cross. Go straight across the crossroads and drop down into the village of Luckett. Continue up the hill for 200 yards and turn left. ( this lane is narrow and takes single traffic only) Continue for another mile into the hamlet of Broadgate and turn right at the crossroads. Broadgate Cottages can be seen on the left.
