" A Grade II listed mid terraced home designed by the renowned famous architect Henry Rice in the mid 1800’s The property is conveniently located within Liskeard town centre and offers lounge/diner with feature bay window, refitted kitchen suite and two bedrooms a bathroom on the first floor. Externally there is a small low maintenance courtyard garden to the rear and a nearby car park

THE PARTICULARS

SITUATION
Liskeard is a thriving market town and generally known as the administrative centre of South East Cornwall. Liskeard offers an excellent range of shopping, educational and recreational facilities, including a sports centre with heated indoor swimming pool, squash and tennis courts. There is a main line railway station with branch line to the fishing town of Looe. The city of Plymouth lies within commuting distance.

There is the sports centre in Liskeard with squash, badminton and tennis courts, indoor bowls, indoor heated swimming pool, gymnasium, etc. Golf course at Bindown, near Looe and at the internationally renowned golf course at St Mellion with its two 18 hole golf courses. Boating, sea fishing and other water sports are available at Looe and Fowey and good bathing all along the south Cornish coast. Salmon and trout fishing is available on local rivers by   joining the local angling club with rainbow trout on Siblyback and Colliford Reservoirs. Siblyback also boasts a popular water sports facility.
