SITUATION
The house is located to the west of the Town convenient for access to HMS Raleigh, the bus route to Plymouth via the Torpoint Ferry and the local convenience store. Schools are also within a mile.

From the town centre, go up Antony Road and bearing left into Trevol Road, take the second turning on the right into Goad Avenue. Continue up the hill until Grove Park is on your right hand side and the property can be found by following the road towards the end and is on the left hand side.
