" Overview
House Network Ltd is thrilled to present this stunning and unique property to the market, the house was built in 2012 by the current owner to a high specification. The themes of the house are light and movement with the south facing garden and patio becoming part of the living experience. There is under floor heating throughout.

The driveway to the property draws you in past the mature trees and flowers to the house which during the warmer months has window boxes and hanging baskets. On entering the property the hallway is large to ensure sufficient space to take off those shoes and coats and somewhere to put the bags. The modern kitchen boasts all mod cons including a range cooker, American style fridge freezer & breakfast bar, and a built in dish washer with plenty of storage and room to move about in. The family area ensures that your friends and family can be relaxing whilst you prepare the food and conversations can still flow. The dining room, so often neglected, is an integral part of the house and in constant use, with ample room to fit 12 comfortably. The dining room opens into the living room. A large space in which to relax, watch the children play and entertain. Both the family area and living room patio double doors can be opened up. This ensures a light and airy feel to the house as well as great entertaining areas for those who like hosting parties/bbq's. The functional rooms of the downstairs include a spacious study, utility room and downstairs WC. The under floor heating throughout ensures a lovely warmth to the house without unsightly radiators inhibiting where you can place furniture.

A dog legged staircase surrounding a unique light fitting in front of the signature window ensures that moving from downstairs to upstairs is a comfortable transition. The master double bedroom boasts its own en-suite and fitted wardrobes. Two other double bedrooms, one of which has its own en-suite, are large and light. Even the single bedroom is a good size. The master bathroom, as with all en-suites has natural light, towel radiators, is a good size and has waterfall shower heads with high water pressure leading to enjoyable showers. The filler in the bath means that there are no taps, so two can comfortably relax in there, accommodation approximately 1744 sq ft

The garden has a south facing aspect with greenhouse, large shed and vegetable patch as well as a variety of fruits trees including raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, rhubarb, apples, pears, cherries and damsons.

There is room by the side of the house to extend which could incorporate a garage, subject to planning permission.
