" PORTLAND LODGE A spacious, individual detached house, situated in a highly sought after area of the village, having a wide frontage to Wodehouse Road. There is a large garden to the rear of the house, across which are views to Old Hunstanton Golf Course, the dunes and sea in the distance. OLD HUNSTANTON Old Hunstanton is a highly sought after village on the north Norfolk coast, just a mile from the main town of Hunstanton and approximately ten miles from Burnham Market. The village has a local shop and post office and is renowned for its excellent sandy beaches, real ale pubs, restaurants and championship golf course. The town of Hunstanton offers two supermarkets, a selection of schools (primary and secondary) and a range of shops. For the golfers there are the courses of Searles of Hunstanton and nearby is the Royal West Norfolk Golf Club at Brancaster. The Sandringham Estate is a short distance away with its Country House and walks through Sandringham Woods.
