" 21 KINGS ROAD An extremely spacious and beautifully appointed detached residence, which has been extended and refurbished to an exceptional standard. The accommodation features a large sitting room and conservatory with a high quality open-plan kitchen and four/five bedrooms, each floor having a bedroom with en-suite shower/bathroom and dressing room. Located on the corner of Kings Road and Bernard Crescent, the property is set just back from the seafront and there are views to the sea and Lighthouse from the first floor. The original bungalow on the site has been transformed by the construction of a new brick outer skin, the provision of a first floor and refurbishment of the interior with quality fittings and finishes. There are oak skirtings, architraves and panelled internal doors, gas-fired central heating with underfloor heating to all tiled floors (except the kitchen) and oak-effect UPVC double glazed windows. HUNSTANTON Hunstanton is a coastal town and resort facing the Wash. It is unusual because you can see a sunset over the sea, being the only town on the east coast that faces west. The beach is long and sandy and is famous for its striped cliffs. There are two supermarkets, a selection of schools (primary and secondary) and a range of shops. For the golfers there are the courses of Searles of Hunstanton and Hunstanton Golf Club and nearby is the Royal West Norfolk Golf Club at Brancaster.
