" Pleasantly situated within this popular residential area, this is a spacious, extended detached bungalow which requires some updating and improvement. With gas fired central heating and wood grain effect UPVC double glazing, the original two bedroom design has been extended by the addition of a large bedroom with en-suite shower room which adjoins one of the original bedrooms. There is also a UPVC double glazed conservatory adjoining the kitchen at the side, a detached brick garage and gardens to front and rear.  

Hunstanton is a coastal town and resort facing the Wash. It is unusual because you can see a sunset over the sea, being the only town on the east coast that faces west. The beach is long and sandy and is famous for its striped cliffs. There are two supermarkets, a selection of schools (primary and secondary) and a range of shops. For the golfers there is the superb championship golf course - Hunstanton Golf Club and nearby, The Royal West Norfolk Golf Club at Brancaster. In addition, Searles Holiday Park and the nearby Heacham Manor have their own courses. The Sandringham Estate is a short distance away with its Country House and walks through Sandringham Woods.

BATHROOM 6' 11" x 5' 6" (2.11m x 1.68m) Coloured suite comprising panelled bath with shower over and folding screen, pedestal handbasin, low level WC, fully tiled walls, radiator, strip light, wall mounted mirror fronted cabinet and electric heater. 

OUTSIDE To the front of the bungalow is a mainly gravelled front garden inset with trees and shrubs and to the side a driveway provides parking space and leads to the detached brick garage (19' 3 x 9' 3) with up and over door, side door, light and power points.
