" Located within the popular village of Wisbech St Mary is this extended three bedroom semi-detached family home. The current owners have recently had the windows changed and are still under guarantee. The property has a 25ft lounge, separate dining room, kitchen with utility room, conservatory and three bedrooms with refitted shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden along with a garage which has an inspection pit and driveway. A double glazed front door leads into the entrance hall which has stairs to first floor landing, radiator, double glazed window and under stairs cupboard. The 25ft lounge has two double glazed windows, two radiators, TV and telephone points and cupboard housing hot water cylinder. The dining room has a radiator and archway through to the fitted kitchen. There are a range of base and wall mounted units fitted in the kitchen with complimentary worktops over, cooker point and double glazed patio doors to the conservatory. At the end of the kitchen is the utility room with WC, double glazed window and double glazed door, base units, plumbing for washing machine and there is a new floor standing boiler, the vendor informs us this year.
