DESCRIPTION A modern three bedroom house tucked away in a quiet close, positioned at the foot of Shotover Country Park with a gated drive and a private garden. The property has recently been granted planning permission to extend the ground floor at the front and largely to the side, further information can be found at www.southoxon.gov.uk planning reference number P11/W2409. The garage is detached under a tiled pitched roof, supplied with power and light with roof storage space and a pedestrian access door into the garden. The rear garden has a sunken pond with a cascading water feature, predominantly laid to lawn with an evening patio terrace and storage shed behind the garage. SITUATION Coopers Close is a small cul-de-sac located within a level walking distance of Wheatley village and its range of amenities, close to primary, secondary and nursery schools and nearby is a local pub, The Cricketers Arms. After the left turn into Barlow Close turn left and over the bridge, then immediately left into Coopers Close and the house will be found along on the right hand side as the road bends.
