" Located only 0.8 miles from central Headington and only 1.1 miles from the John Radcliffe Hospital is this one bedroom, first floor apartment with en-suite bathroom and garage. The building was converted from a nineteenth century public house and has views of the surrounding Oxfordshire countryside. The stairs to the entrance are approached via a gravel driveway and lead to the front door on the first floor. From here the door takes you through to the entrance hall which has space for coats and shoes and stairs to the second floor landing. Doors provide access to the westerly aspect living room and double bedroom. From the living room, a door leads through to the fitted kitchen with roof light. A door from the bedroom leads to the en-suite bathroom which has a walk-in storage/airing cupboard. Outside there is a garage in a block to the rear. Please note that there is eaves-restricted ceiling height throughout the property. "
