" Stone built three bedroom property located in the pretty village of Souldern. Set in a courtyard of just four properties. This one is coming to the market for the first time since being built in the late 1970s. On entering the property you have a hallway with a cloakroom to the right, stairs to first floor. The sitting room is double aspect with a stone open fireplace, there is then a door leading to a large conservatory which is currently used as a dining room and is an all year round used room with a lovely view to the rear patio and garden. In the kitchen there is a range of wall and base units and built in electric hob and over, space and plumbing for dishwasher and ample work surfaces.
There is a door which leads out to utility room where you have plumbing for a washing machine, storage cupboards and doors both to the front and rear.
On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and one single and the bathroom. The property is light and bright throughout. It will also be end of chain.

Situation
Souldern is a picturesque village pressed up against the Northants border and lies against the wooded park, which runs beside the Ockley Brook as it flows from Tusmore and Croughton to join the river Cherwell. William Wordsworth once visited the village and found it so enchanting he penned a sonnet on &quote;A Parsonage in Oxfordshire&quote;.
Being situated down a no through road Souldern lies approximately midway between the towns of Banbury and Bicester, affording excellent communications from either mainline railway stations or the M40 motorway at Junction 10. There are no shops within the village, however it has a public house namely &quote;The Fox Inn&quote;.

On entering Cotswold Court there are four properties all with double garages. Number 2โ€˜s garage is the first on the left , it has an electric up and over door. To the left of the garage there is a garden area planted up with shrubs , this also belongs to number 2 .
