Four bedroom semi-detached bungalow on a quiet street in the well regarded Kings Meadow area of Bicester. Location Bicester is a thriving market town with many local amenities. While it is one of fastest growing towns in England it has roots dating back to Saxon times, and a number of buildings in the town are Georgian or older. Today it offers an almost unrivalled mix of excellent road and rail access, a number of popular schools, many shopping and eating facilities and several lovely parks. The Property Located in the well regarded area of Kings Meadow in Bicester, the bungalow stands in a generous plot on a quiet road. It is a testament to the area that very few properties come up for sale, a quick glance at the Land Registry will confirm that only a handful of properties have changed hands in the area in the last 10+ years. Originally the bungalows were built in the 1960s specifically for US Army officers based in Bicester. The primary school in Kings Meadow recently received an Ofsted inspection and was deemed 'Outstanding'. Entering the property there is a small hallway with a good sized storage cupboard for coats, shoes, etc. A door to the left takes you into the large 'L' shaped reception with large picture windows to the front, and patio doors to the rear garden.
