" A charming 4 bedroom stone cottage extended and modernised to a high standard by the current owners. The latch door leads to the entrance hall with stone flooring and access to the rear garden. A step down leads into an open plan kitchen/dining/family room with triple aspect windows, views to Kiddington Park and the rear garden. Velux windows bring more light into the room and glazed patio doors open to the adjoining patio and garden. The kitchen is fitted with a range of base and wall units with integral appliances and an oak block worktop. The snug has a door leading to the front, a window seat to the front aspect, an attractive fireplace and the comfort of under floor heating. Situation
Kiddington is situated approximately 13 miles northwest of the City of Oxford with very good access to the A34, M4 (70 miles to Central London) and a wider main road network. Direct train lines from Oxford and Charlbury to London Paddington (approximately 58 minutes and 70 minutes). Kiddington lies to the north of Woodstock and is made up of a number of stone farmhouses and cottages belonging to the estate. Surrounded by superb countryside and spectacular landscape, neighbouring estates include Blenheim Palace, Glympton and Ditchley Park. Kiddington benefits from St Nicholas Church and a small kindergarten. The nearby market town of Woodstock is a thriving market town with local business including a post office, banks, supermarket, restaurants, public houses and hotels. Chipping Norton also offers a wide variety of local amenities and leisure facilities with more extensive facilities available in Banbury and Oxford.
