Bathroom comprises of a modern white suite with whirlpool bath, wash hand basin, and low flush WC. Shower above bath. Large mirror with LED lighting and heated. Glazed folding screen door. Towel rail/radiator. Window. Extractor fan. Marble tiled flooring with under floor heating and matching splash backs.

The second floor comprises of small landing with double glazed window, and door to the second floor bedroom. Bright room with velux window to the front elevation (some restrictive height room) and twin double glazed doors with 'Juliet' balcony at the rear. Recessed lighting.
