" Situated within a select development of just four individual properties this detached stone family home was built in 2002. The builders received a commendation from the Daily Mail National home builders design awards in 2003 for Michaelmas Close. The property is presented in very good decorative order and blends modern living with character features including an open fire within the sitting room. Benefitting from quality fittings that include Villeroy and Boch and Porcelanosa tiles along with granite work surface in the kitchen. There are four reception rooms as well as a good size kitchen and breakfast room. Situation
Middleton Cheney is one of the larger villages in the area with a thriving community and many facilities. It is by-passed by the A422 Banbury to Brackley Road and is approximately 5 minutes from the M40 (Jct 11). Facilities within the village include doctors surgery, chemist, three churches, library, bus service, village store, newsagents, post office,vet's practice, coffee shop & a choice of public houses. The village also has both a primary and secondary school within walking distance. More comprehensive facilities can be found at Banbury including a mainline railway station to London Marylebone.
