" Dating back to early 17th Century this former part of a coaching inn has all the charm and character that you would expect from a Grade II listed property. The accommodation is set over four floors allowing versatile living space. On entering the house via the conservatory you come in to a generous sitting room with wood burner and wood floor. This room leads to inner hall and then into the dining room with a full height ceiling and wood floor. The kitchen is L-shaped with built in appliances and space for table and chairs. The bright office/cellar benefits from an external window and utility room and is accessed from the inner hall.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with an ensuite and a further double bedroom with ensuite. There is a wall of storage cupboards on the landing area. On the top floor there are two further bedrooms and a bathroom.

Kingston Bagpuize lies approximately 10 miles to the west of Oxford and offers excellent communication links with access to the A420 and A34.
