The total site area is understood to be very approximately two thirds of an acre (just under half an acre without the lane). From Littleborough, take the A58 Halifax Road towards Blackstone Edge. After Blackstone Edge Old Road at The Rake , continue for a few hundred yards on the A58 and turn left immediately after the Leonard Cheshire Residential Home which is on the right, towards Bents House. Conveniently located within easy walking distance of Littleborough village with train station and good choice of shops. Canalside walks and beautiful countryside are on the doorstep.
