The Property
As you enter the bungalow via the front door you are welcomed by a large entrance hall, with access to the living room on your right. The kitchen can be accessed from the living room and also from the hallway via the utility room. The kitchen is a good size square room with ample space for a dining table set in the middle. Various base and wall units line the two outer walls with a double sink and drainer set into the worktop. The utility room we passed through provides access to outside through the rear entrance. This room has base units down one wall with sink and drainer set in and two storage cupboards, one which houses the hot water tank. As you continue back into the hallway, to your right is the cloakroom with WC and wash basin, followed by the bathroom which contains bath with shower over, WC and wash basin. To the very end of the hall is the first of the double bedrooms. This room is very spacious and boasts built in storage and vanity basin to the back and enjoys pleasant views to the front. The second spacious bedroom is also a double and benefits from built in storage and again a view to the front. The integral garage is set below on the lower-ground level and is accessed from outside of the property.

Outside
The bungalow is approached by a large tarmac driveway which leads up to the double garage doors. A paved pathway and steps lead up to the right of the property, taking you to the front door. To the left side, another pathway leads up some steps to the rear entrance and to the garden which is currently paved for easy maintenance. The garden is bordered by high wooden fences and raised beds with a multitude of shrubs and plants set amongst rocks. The front garden borders the parking area and contains more mature bushes and shrubs that cover large rocks beneath.

This property is close to the town centre of Bungay. Bungay offers a good range of all the necessary amenities and shops, schools, antique shops, restaurants, The Fisher Theatre (now showing films) and leisure facilities including indoor swimming pool and golf club. The Cathedral City of Norwich is about 30 mins drive to the North and has a mainline train link to London Liverpool Street (1hr 54mins). Diss provides another mainline link to London and is 19 miles distance. The unspoilt heritage coastline of Suffolk with the lovely beaches of Southwold and Walberswick are a short distance away.
