" 17 CREAKE ROAD A spacious individual detached house with an attractive cobbled flint facing to the front and side elevations which face the road. The house is pleasantly situated, many rooms having a twin aspect and views across adjoining farmland to the side. The property has oil fired central heating, UPVC double glazing and there is a detached brick garage with ample additional parking space. There is a good sized, recently fitted kitchen/diner and four first floor bedrooms, the main bedroom having an adjoining room which provides the potential for an en-suite shower room. The property is located close to Sculthorpe Moor Nature Reserve and adjoins a field which provides an excellent dog walking area.
 

SCULTHORPE Sculthorpe is a scattered village with two fine pubs, The Hourglass on one side of the A148 and Sculthorpe Mill on the other. It's very close to the busy market town of Fakenham with its supermarket and pedestrian shopping precinct, its Thursday Market and monthly Farmer's Market. Fakenham also has a good sports centre. Sculthorpe is ideally positioned for the North Norfolk Coast with its many attractions and golf courses. There's also the Sculthorpe Moor Nature Reserve run by the Hawk and Owl Trust to reintroduce native birds to the area and to protect the natural environment. The village is a short drive away from Burnham Market and the north Norfolk coast.
