" First floor apartment with two bedrooms and a wet room. Benefits include a gas heating system, double glazing, communal gardens and parking.

This is a charming delightful apartment occupying a first floor position in a purpose built building three storeys high and having the considerable benefit of a lift.  The property enjoys a lovely view from its first floor position towards Skerrid Fawr. The apartment has been well maintained over the years with the bathroom having been converted into a full wet room/shower room and has the benefit of a fitted kitchen, gas heating system and double glazing as well as a surprising amount of storage and is considered to be in excellent decorative order. Within the complex is a small but well maintained communal garden as well as a private car park with designated parking space.

The proximity of Osborne Court to the centre of Abergavenny is a considerable asset, with St. Mary's Church being less than an hundred yards away and the town's shopping centre being within a similar distance, whilst the towns main line railway station is within half a mile walking distance.

This is a truly delightful apartment both inside and out and we would strongly recommend potential purchasers carry out a personal inspection in order to fully appreciate all that it has to offer.
