Situated on an  established cul-de-sac position on the fringe of Gilwern village, the property is a detached house which over the years has been altered and extended to provide an additional master bedroom with en-suite bathroom to create four double bedrooms.  It enjoys both double glazing and a gas heating system, whilst to the rear there is an attractive garden which is particularly private and also south facing, making it a sun trap.  From the front of the property, especially from the kitchen and bedrooms, there are some delightful views over the surrounding hills.
