" A mature bay fronted semi detached family home situated in a sought after road close to Abington Park. The present owners have occupied the property since 2005 and during this time have carried out a number of improvements to include the addition of a PVCu conservatory, landscaping of the garden and a complete re-decoration programme. The accommodation comprises entrance hall, cloakroom, lounge, kitchen/diner, utility room and conservatory. To the first floor there are three double bedrooms and a four piece family bathroom. LOCAL AMENITIES There are a variety of shops on the Wellingborough Road, including a supermarket, banks, fashion and furniture stores, newsagents and greengrocers as well as a bus service from the Wellingborough Road to Northampton town centre. Local schools include secondary schooling at Northampton School for Boys on the Billing Road and primary schooling is available.
