" A mid terrace house with 3 well proportioned bedrooms situated on the edge of this highly sought after village. There are far reaching views from the bedrooms both to front and rear. The property has pvc double glazing and night storage heaters (no gas in the village) and an open fireplace in the living room area. There is a lay by in front of the property convenient to park in so the present owners have not given the front garden over to parking which could be done subject to any necessary permissions. There is an enclosed garden to the rear. The present owners bought this property for the location and especially the 3 well proportioned bedrooms which suited their growing family at the time.

Location The property is located on the outskirts of Loddington village. The centre of this attractive village which has many stone built character properties is less than half a mile where there is a primary school and pub. Kettering town centre where there is a mainline railway station with frequent services to London St Pancras International of around one hour is about 3.5 miles. The small town of Rothwell just to the north of junction 4 of the A14 (east bound access only) is about 2 miles and there are a variety shops and places to eat around the historic market square. Junction 3 of the A14 via Orton is about 1.5 miles providing east/west access and also leads directly onto the A6 Rothwell/Desborough bypass with the attractive town of Market only another 7 miles north west.
