" SITUATION
Geddington is a small village in north-east Northamptonshire between Corby and Kettering. The village has a range of amenities including a post office, 3 public houses, shops, churches and a cricket club. Geddington contains many listed buildings dating back to 13th century, including what is thought to be the best surviving Eleanor Cross and a medieval bridge. The property is located on Grange Road in south-western part of the village, with easy access to A4300 between Corby and Kettering.

THE PROPERTY
