" The Lodge is a delightful period home with 3 double bedrooms situated in the heart of this very popular village. In recent years the property has not only been extended but also comprehensively and sympathetically restored and refurbished and now provides a family home of considerable character. The property is gas centrally heated and early viewing is strongly recommended.

Situation
The very popular village of Winthorpe lies around 4 miles from the market town of Newark on Trent with its fast rail link to London Kings Cross (approximately 80 minutes). Newark has an excellent range of shops and facilities whilst also having excellent commuting north and south via the A1. There are good rail and road links to Lincoln and Nottingham.


Winthorpe village itself boasts amenities including a very well respected primary school, post office/general store and a public house.
