Kervan Cottage a very attractive semi detached cottage style house is pleasantly situated within the small village of Stubton approximately seven miles from Newark and three miles from access points to the A1 trunk road. This very attractive house built circa 1930 is designed with the Arts and Crafts influence typical of that period.
