A fantastic opportunity has arisen in the local area of Mansfield to purchase this beautifully presented three bedroom semidetached property with a large garden.due to the property is extremely sought-after location viewing is highly recommended as we don't anticipate it to be on the market for very long

As you initially pull up to the property one of the first things you notice is the large amount of space that you have at the front. There is plenty of parking for at least three cars on the driveway, which is only a short walk away from the front door. As you enter the property you're immediately right in the thick of it, to your left is the downstairs toilet that has been well maintained and modernised, the usual appliances you expect to see ranging from a toilet basin, sink and extractor fan. 

Leading on from there is the large kitchen and dining room area this will be a Fantastico to entertain with family and friends and has a window looking out over the front of the property there is a storage cupboard located in the kitchen as well majority of the plants are already pre-built-in mini moving in would be a lot easier. From the kitchen to navigate into the lounge this snug area is nice and modern with wooden flooring and two French doors that lead out into the garden. At the rear there is another storage room in the lounge they'll be fit for any items to hide away. 

The lounge has multiple TV sockets and three-point pin sockets located around the room. From the French doors that lead you out into the rear garden and the first thing you notice is how much space you actually get large garden has a patio area that will be excellent for sitting out enjoying the Sun in the garden shed fit for all garden utensils on the photos you may notice that the fence panel is missing the current owners are aware of that and are looking at replacing the two and repainting it to match it up with the rest. Bedroom to begin is of a large size and proportion and would easily fit a double bedding and any other furniture or fixings it also has a rear window overlooking the back of the property. Bedroom number three is the smallest of the rooms and would just about fit a single bed in the space could be also used as an office if necessary for home working again to show the versatility that this property holds. Finally we move onto the family bathroom, this been well maintained and has the usual appliances expect to see such as toilet basin sink bath with overhead power shower extractor fan and towel rail
