GENERAL
Pearl Cottage sits in a peaceful location but within easy walking distance to Beadnell Beach. Beadnell is located north of Alnwick and is an extremely popular coastal village in the heart of North Northumberland with restaurants, pubs and village shop. It has a stunning beach which is very popular with water enthusiasts and the nearby villages of Bamburgh and Seahouses have wider amenities including individual shops, restaurants, supermarket and hotels. The historic market town of Alnwick offers a wider range of amenities and is well known for its splendid castle and gardens.

The Alnwick District is famous for its unspoilt beauty, and is one of the most picturesque areas of countryside in Northern England - with long sandy beaches, quiet friendly villages, the Simonside and Cheviot hills, well preserved medieval Castles, and gardens.

THE PROPERTY

Pearl Cottage is a delightful end terraced house which has been a holiday home for many years. The property has been finished to a high standard throughout and is easily maintained.

The front porch opens into the attractive sitting room with views to the front. There is a pebble effect electric fire. Beyond lies the dining kitchen with stylish wall and floor units, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob and a washer/dryer. From here a door leads directly into the garden. The cloakroom situated in between the kitchen and sitting room completes the ground floor accommodation.

On the first floor there are two well proportioned double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower over, wash hand basin and WC.

Externally there is off road parking to the front and to the rear an enclosed garden mainly laid to lawn and bounded by wooden fencing. Some of the furniture may be available by separate negotiation.

General
From Alnwick take the B1340 towards Seahouses and follow the signs for Beadnell. When you enter the village drive down Harbour Road and follow the road round into Longbeach Drive. Pearl Cottage sits on the left hand side almost at the end of a cul de sac.
