" A semi-detached Grade II Listed architecturally designed 1830s Georgian house over four floors and totalling 2,600 sq ft +. Period features have been retained to include the original door complete with lock and key. A rare style of ornate cornicing features on the raised ground floor which also boasts original fireplaces, wooden flooring, and impressive curved bay window, sympathetically restored by associates of the Georgian Houses Society and finished with an original curved wooden shutter. The lower ground has retained the original flagstones which were restored by specialists and there is another original fireplace plus wood burner. The sitting area leads through to a solid oak handmade kitchen, courtesy of Alistair Fleming, and dining space with underfloor heating. Bifolding doors lead to the patio which steps up to a mature garden. Moving upwards via the original staircase with Georgian bannisters and balustrades you are greeted by four double bedrooms and two bathrooms showcasing Lefroy Brooks, Duravit and Hansgrohe.
