" One certainly not to be missed and a must for your viewing list! Properties this close to the town centre and, in this particular location, are rarely on the market for long, so do not delay and book to view today. The property is a perfect family home as it offers great downstairs living space, a 75' southerly facing rear garden and within walking distance to many of the areas' local schools. The current owners have made a lot of cosmetic changes to the property since they purchased it seven years ago, the decor has been changed throughout, installation of a new boiler and also extending the driveway to the front offering off road parking for additional vehicles. The location is perfectly situated close to the town centre which is within 15 minutes walking distance and in our opinion this property would be perfectly suited for a young or growing family.Such attractive selling features as the garden, south side location and the parking and driveway to the front of the property do not come along every day at such a good price, so call us today to view.

What the Owner says:

We have really loved and enjoyed living here for the last seven years due to the convenience of the location being close to everything we have ever needed such as my children's schools, shops and a main factor for us was also bringing up our children in a safe and family orientated area. One main attractive point to us when we first saw the house was the large lounge, big garden and spacious kitchen.Due to having a growing family at the time these were points that were a real necessity to us and we knew once we viewed this property that it was the one for us.
