" A rare opportunity! These don’t come up very often in this particular road and I can see the reason why. This bungalow is bursting with space and is located in a popular cul de sac, which means there’s no through traffic and with this in mind, less cars, less noise so peace and quiet is not lacking. It’s quite a niche market for properties of this nature but getting one on the flat sometimes proves to be difficult but with this one you have the best of both worlds.
This home offers great space as you get the feeling of space as soon as you enter into the hall. The accommodation flows from there offering 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom being approximately 17’ with an en suite, and there are two further reception rooms, a family bathroom and utility.
There are patio doors from the house leading outside to a manageable garden, which is partly laid to lawn with mature trees around and boundaries creating a bit of privacy and seclusion, however, not overpowering so you can’t get the sun when it shines!
However the patio is a sun trap and with an electronic canopy fitted recently is sure to solve that problem!
There is a garage and forecourt parking.

The location was good and it became apparent how quiet it was on the day of the viewing. It was my father who was going to be living here so peace and quiet was essential.
Once we entered the property we had a very good feeling and it only got better as the viewing progressed because it was evident the property was a lot bigger and more deceptive than initially thought! My dad wanted a garden not too big and not too small and this was perfect.
We recently added the canopy, which provides a bit of shade during the summer whilst enjoying a nice glass of wine, it’s always good to dip into the sun and back into the shade to recover.
