What the Owner says:

We bought the property from new 35 years ago as our family home. We lived in Lordswood and didn't want to move far as our children went to school here and this property was ideal as it was within walking distance to the school.
We've done a lot to the property to include having a new boiler replaced 4 years ago and trying to make this house as low maintenance as possible.
Being on the main bus route and within easy access to the motorways and commuter coach stop service it's in an ideal location.
We are leaving this house with no chain allowing the next buyer to move in as quick as they would like.
