" If you are a first time buyer looking for a property with that extra little bit of living space this property could be ideal.
It has a conservatory to the rear giving an extra dining area and has views out to the rear garden which is not overlooked giving privacy.
Another unusual selling feature about this property is the kitchen has been brought out into what was the hallway giving a much larger kitchen space. This is a much better layout than a lot of the commuter cottages you may view.
The kitchen is now an excellent size and has plumbing for washing machine and dishwasher.
In all it's modern and will save you needing to spend money on these expensive jobs.
It's open plan to the lounge area which then has patio doors leading out to the conservatory.
Upstairs are two good size bedrooms and a bathroom, all of which have been modernised and redecorated.
This house is ideally located at the end of a cul de sac and there is no passing traffic or pedestrians. It is a quiet location with a really nice outlook.
I feel this property would ideally suit a first time buyer or someone looking to downsize to something more manageable but could also be good for an investment property, a buy to let.

What the Owner says:

I bought this property as a first time buyer and compared to others I'd seen the layout of the property really suited my needs.
Having a conservatory was a huge added bonus and gave me more living space, somewhere to entertain guests.
I was surprised to find that there were two allocated parking spaces with this property as others I'd viewed only had one.
It is such a quiet area and I was surprised at how close it was to the shops and schools and it was centrally located for easy access to the M2/M20 and M25/A2 motorways as well as on main bus route.
I've done a lot of updating to this property since purchasing it and have been extremely happy here.
