" Visually outstanding and ready for your family to move straight into is this superb bay fronted house on the Chatham/Walderslade borders. When you walk into the open plan diner, kitchen and conservatory area you will not fail to be impressed by the stunning nature of the layout. Just envisage this scene, you are cooking in the kitchen whilst conducting a conversation with your family and friends as they sit at the dining room table or in the conservatory. That is the reality of this house, an extremely versatile use of space. The parking area is also going to be pleasing to the eye. To the rear of the house there is a double garage and also off road parking to the front of the property. Those garden parties will be a delight with an 80ft rear garden. If location is important to you then you have are in the catchment area for the grammar schools, the town centre and railway station are only a 15-20 minute walk away, along with the A2/M2 road links giving you access into London or the Kent County coast only a couple of minutes drive by car.

What the Owner says:

We originally were attracted to the house but its style and kerb appeal. When we came inside it was the open plan kitchen/diner and the light and airy loft room that clinched the deal.Since living here we have completely refurbished the house from top to bottom. We have replaced the kitchen and the bathroom, re plastered all the walls and of course decorated throughout. We like the fact that the house is not overlooked from the front or the back, we actually look out onto the Connie Banks which is a conversation area giving us uninterrupted views.
