" Hugely extended 'Ex Local Authority' property, which you wouldn’t realise from looking at the front, this smart home has a two storey extension at the rear providing a 13’ dining room and a 4th bedroom above it, really does provide a great family sized home! As you might hope for with a house of this size appealing to the family, it comes with a cloakroom/w.c on the ground floor and the second bedroom has its very own shower. The family bathroom is also upstairs and has a contemporary white suite, altogether making it a desirable home. There’s also good storage space to keep things neat and tidy, which you don’t get with more recently built homes starting with the large entrance porch with it’s 2 door cloaks and shoe cupboard and both bedroom one and two come with built in storage cupboards/wardrobes.Refreshingly not only is it absolutely ready to move into without the need for any work to be done, the layout flows extremely well. In this respect it’s independent lounge measures an enviable 17’5 with French doors looking out on to the garden - a great room to perhaps escape the kids and relax, the kitchen/breakfast room measures a generous 14’6 x 13’2 with a complete range of integrated appliances and links by an arch to the dining room with patio doors to the garden giving the versatility of casual dining for everyday or entertaining, and an area for containing children whilst being able to see what they are up to!

We love the location of our home we’ve been here 10 years and lived locally for a lot longer. Its so convenient, you can walk to the shops at Martin Square and Morrisons supermarket, there’s a bus service close by if you don’t drive and it’s in an established area with great neighbours!
It is also great for schools and commuting, however, it really is too large for us now, as it’s just the two of us in this 4 bedroom house and although we will miss the luxury of the space, especially the kitchen and our secluded garden, it’s time for us to downsize to something a little smaller for which we will definitely stay in the local area.
