" This spacious three bedroom semi-detached house is located within walking distance of lots of local amenities and has great access to the M20. On the ground floor, the living room has wood affect flooring and there is a large storage cupboard under the stairs which has previously been used as a small office. There is a second reception room which is ideal for a dining room or kids play room which the current vendors use as a bedroom. The large kitchen overlooks the rear garden and has a tiled floor. There are laminate work surfaces and a tiled splash back and space for a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge & freezer and dishwasher. The bathroom is partially tiled and has a four piece suite with separate shower cubicle. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large built in wardrobe and potential to create an en suite shower room. The second bedroom also has some built in storage. To the front of the house, there is a large driveway which will accommodate several cars.
