" This home needs to be filled by a family or someone who just needs room. It has a great corner plot, setting it well back from the road, a southerly facing garden to the rear, lots of parking and an excellent location. Large rooms, garage and car port, what more could you ask for! Do come and see!The property has central heating and a downstairs cloakroom. The area of East Malling is very sought after and no wonder, the historic town of West Malling, with shops and restaurants and so many other facilities is not far and East Malling station is within walking distance. East Malling offers even more historic buildings including a pub, church and Horticultural Research Station, pop down there on Wednesday, Friday or Saturday afternoons and they sell fruit, vegetables and plants, its a real must, something extra to put in the lovely garden. They are building new homes nearby but this property will offer you a three bedroom semi for the same price, but with much larger rooms, larger plot and still lots of room should you want to extend to the side (subject to all consents). The southerly facing rear garden is a real bonus, the vendor loves sitting out in her deck chair in the summer time and told me it is quiet and so relaxing. She has also installed some special double glazing that is heat resistant in the lounge, so in the summertime it keeps the room cool and yet warm in the winter. A great family home for people who just want space.

I love this house because it is spacious, ideal for family events and the kitchen is designed to cook for large numbers of people with a double 'Neff' oven and electric hob. The thermostatically controlled power shower is a bonus. In the winter I love sitting by the fire and in the summer the south facing garden is a joy. I think the fact that it is not on an estate and set on a road with all types of properties, including period character homes, sets my house above the other 3 bedroom semi detached properties.
