" Vacant possession this one but as the vendor has friends staying until it sells it has a warm friendly atmosphere as it is still being "lived in". The decor is excellent and it is unusual in having an open plan downstairs with a staircase leading up between the lounge and the dining area which is open to the side to the kitchen. This makes it a light airy space even with the leaded double glazed windows. To the back the French doors lead out onto a well laid out garden with a patio to the end and back, a real suntrap so I am told, many is the glass of wine that has been enjoyed with friends and family. The back of the garage has been changed into a utility room which means that the rumble and tumble of the washing machine is hidden away and have you got a cat? No problem - the flap is in place, currently being used by the present feline who is domiciled at the property. Safe for him as well as the house is set off in a quiet offshoot to a cul-de-sac not near any busy main roads which make it quiet for the humans who don't like the noise of cars but do like the fact that their cars are on the M20 within 1 mile. Another plus is the local school, it's right up there at the top of the Ofsted ratings and literally a short walk away, you wouldn't even need to accompany them to school as they wouldn't have to cross a road to get there.

There were lots of reasons why we went for this house. We needed a 4 bedroom detached home close to West Malling and this fitted the bill. A good solid house in the sought after location of Leybourne in a nice quiet close with lots of off road parking and in good order so not needing to decorate or refurbish. All in all it just hit the spot.
