" Looking for a family home within walking distance of excellent primary and secondary schools? Well, then this could be the one for you. The initial feeling as you walk through the door is one of room and comfort, you get a feeling of happiness and satisfaction. Plenty of space on offer with a good sized lounge and separate dining room. The kitchen has been stylishly refurbished and really needs to be seen to be fully appreciated. It provides the hub of the home with an extended space into a utility area. Moving on upstairs three bedrooms, all very good sizes, are complemented by the refitted bathroom with the bonus coming in the way of the 2nd floor bedroom, converted from the attic, an ideal retreat for mum and dad or possibly a place for older children to be up and out of the way. Plenty of parking is available on the front drive leading to the garage. The warm, sunny rear garden allows for family entertainment in the summer months. We offer the property with the added advantage of NO FORWARD CHAIN.

We chose this property as it was located close to the local primary school, within reach of the town yet right next to the beautiful countryside of the Loose Valley with spectacular walks aplenty. We also loved the fact that everything needed updating, a real project. During our time here we have completely transformed the place with our lovely kitchen being the biggest change. The 2nd floor bedroom has also been a real bonus with our teenagers having spent a lot of time up there in the past.
