" Potential is often an over used word when describing a property but with this large architect designed home it most definitely is the best way to describe this three storey 5 bed detached house. The property requires a degree of modernisation but does have double glazing, gas fired central heating, a modern kitchen fitted a few years back, ground floor WC, en-suite to 1 bedroom and a family bathroom with separate shower. Need further space? Then take a look at the large double glazed conservatory which opens out to a good sized south facing lawn garden.
