What the owner...
'It's with a heavy heart I put this property up for sale due to relocating to London. It's been a happy home for my family for seven years. The garden is a sun trap which has played host to many happy social occasions. The street itself is very quiet and I'm fortunate to have had an excellent relationship with all my neighbours over the year, I'll be as sorry to say goodbye to them as I will the house itself. The location has also been ideal both for transport and pleasure with Heaton Park only a 2 minute tram ride away, with the tram stop only a 2 minute walk from the house.
