At the roundabout take the second exit onto Altrincham Road and turn immediately right into Shady Lane. Continue over the bridge and take the second left into Tottenham Drive, bear left into Becontree Drive and at the junction turn right into the continuation of Tottenham Drive where the property can be found on the left.
