" Located in the village of Kippax approximately 9 miles east of Leeds this one bedroom semi-detached bungalow offers spacious living throughout, both internally and externally.

The conversion has removed one bedroom but extended on the lounge to create a great, light and roomy reception room. Large windows and bi-folding doors look over the enclosed rear garden which is raised from the patio area and planted.

Accessed from the front of the property the kitchen is large enough and currently houses a table suitable to seat four people comfortably, it has a range of bespoke wall and base units, all housing appliances.

Overlooking the front of the property is the large bedroom, fitted with a range of built in wardrobes down one side.
The bathroom has a cream suite with a shower over the bath.

Externally the property has the enclosed rear garden and a grassed area with boarders to the front, this sets the property back from the road and offers privacy. There is a large driveway capable of fitting several vehicles which leads to the garage, serviced with power and lighting.
